We're excited to welcome you back to South Farm for our 2026 Maize Maze. Seven acres of twists, turns and challenges carved into the heart of the South Downs - with a game card packed with hidden boards and clues to track down along the way.
We have two mazes on site, both included in the ticket price: a mini maze to get your navigation skills warmed up, and the main maze to really put them to the test. Suitable for all ages, and pushchair and wheelchair accessible (though accessibility may be limited in wet conditions).
A portion of proceeds this year goes to the East Sussex Farmers' Benevolent Fund.
The maze is suitable for all ages. Pushchair and wheelchair accessible, although accessibility will be limited if the ground is wet! Please see our T&Cs for further information.

Extra Information
The maze is suitable for all ages but please remember it can be muddy, wet and slippery if it has been raining. Please wear suitable footwear and protection from the sun on hot days.
This crop will be harvested after the maze season and fed to the cattle so please don’t drop any litter and stick to the paths.
Please be mindful that it is a working farm so please keep an eye on children and dogs and be respectful of our beautiful countryside!
Well behaved dogs are welcome on a non-extendable lead outside the maize maze. Please bring bags to clear up after them. Dogs (Excluding service dogs) are not permitted into the maze.
Prebooking advisable to avoid disappointment!
May be closed due to bad weather so please keep an eye on our social media and emails if this may affect your visit.
Please Note:
- Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Dogs (excluding service dogs) are not permitted into the maze.
- In the event of heavy rain the maze site may be closed for health and safety reasons. All ticket holders will be contacted in these circumstances and tickets transferred to another date.
- Due to uneven ground, the maze pathways may be unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
- A minimum adult to child ratio of 1:4 is required when entering our maze
