Maze in Maize

Why not lose yourself (or your children!) in a living puzzle cut into a field of maize? Enter the maze and help Vog the Viking capture the clues on the way back to his homeland. Set in 12.5 acres of maize, it's the only way to challenge the body and mind this summer.

After navigating your way through the maze, why not relax in our picnic area, including a covered seating area, where fresh ground coffee, tea, cold drinks, snacks and ice creams are available. Play the giant games and puzzles, and then let the children try their own 'Mini Mazes'. Climb to the top of the Straw Pyramid to view the whole maze, then let the wind take you away on the aerial slide. Hours of fun for the whole family.

Special Events

29th and 30th August Bank Holiday Special Haunted Night Mazes 25th September and 2nd October 6.30pm till 10.30pm, BBQ all night, Ghost and Ghouls lurking in the maze. Dress to impress, but don't forget your torch.

Maze History
This will be our sixth maze. In 2005 our chosen theme was Sea life and we produced a hugely popular maze in the shape of a Seahorse, this was the start of our maze adventure.

The theme we chose for 2006 was 'On Safari' in the shape of a Giraffe. In 2007 our Space maze took the shape of a Rocket. 2008 was Ancient Egypt in the shape of an Egyptian Pharaoh! 2009 was the Body Maze

This year the maze takes the shape of a Viking Longboat.
