National Forest Maize Maze

Hey dudes, rides the waves all the way to the 2010 National Forest Maize Maze and funfield

The National Forest Maize Maze at Postern House Farm near Burton on Trent is open again with a new maze design and theme for 2010. This year's theme is 'the beach' and we have shipped in tons of sand to create the UK's most land-locked beach!

The farm based attraction opens seven days a week from 17th July until 6th September, then on weekends only for the remainder of September.

This year the maze will be bigger and better than ever as the gigantic puzzle has been extended into a second field; covering a total of 14 acres, with all the pathways covering a distance of 5km. This will make it one of the largest mazes in Europe.

Entry to The Fun Field play area is included in the price for a day that offers hours of entertainment for the whole family.

Enjoy Farmhouse Fayre from the BBQ in our Refreshment area, whilst the kids can play in the safety of our Fun Field. There are stacks of 'A-Mazing' things for them (and Mum's and Dad's too)!!

Directions

By Car
From the A38 take the Burton South (or Branston) exit. Exit the island at the turning signposted Tatenhill. Follow the road into Tatenhill village. At the crossroads turn right. Continue along the road for about a mile. The National Forest Maize Maze is on the right hand side of the road.

By public Transport
Catch the Number 10 Arriva bus from Burton on Trent from outside the Octagon Shopping Centre. Get off the bus at the Acorn Inn, Henhurst Hill. The National Forest Maize Maze is a short walk down Postern Road on the left hand side.
